UNFAIR CREDIT AGREEMENTS:

Q: Can I claim against any Credit Agreement?
A: As long as the agreement has a minimum existing balance of £1,000, then yes we can claim against any personal credit agreement.

Q: Can I make the claim myself?
A: It is possible to make a claim against your Creditor in relation to Unfair Credit Agreements, however it is vital you are armed with the correct information and knowledge.

Recently a consumer in the midlands ended up having to pay thousands of pounds in legal cost when they lost a "weak" claim. All our Solicitors use what is known as "After the Event" Insurance to make sure you would never have to pay legal costs in the event of a failed claim.

Q: Does it matter if I am in an IVA?
A: If you are in an IVA then unfortunately we cannot help you.

Q: What is included in the Audit Fee?
A: Your fee covers all aspects of our work in regards to your claim, on settlement of your claim you will keep 100% of all compensation...

Our Solicitors manually "Audit" your Credit Agreements and produce a report covering all problems and areas of concern for the basis of a claim. Your Audit Fee will be completely refunded in the event your agreement is compliant.

Q: Do you offer a refund if I do not have a Claim?
A: Yes in the event your "Audit" does not result in a claim, then we refund 100% of your audit fee.

This full refund policy is available from 16/03/2009 onwards for Unfair Credit Agreement claims only.

Q: Does it matter if I am in a Debt Management plan?
A: No, if you are in a Debt Management plan then we can still help you, please call the office for assistance.

BANK AND CREDIT CARD CHARGE RECLAIMS

Q: How long will my claim take?
A: We always look to recover the maximum settlement amount for you so you should allow at least 1-2 months for a happy conclusion.

Q: Can I claim all my Credit Card Charges, even if they are different cards?
A: Yes. As long as the amount is more than £12 then we can claim any charges placed on your account.

Q: Can I submit the claim myself?
A: Yes of course you can, however many people prefer there claim to be managed on there behalf taking the hassle and stress away from the entire process.

Q: What do you get out of this?
A: We charge NO UPFRONT FEES or COSTS. Our charge is 20% of the total amount recovered because we don't believe in being paid unless we get your money back for you.

PAYMENT PROTECTION INSURANCE:

Q: I don't think I have the paperwork anymore, does that mean you can't help me?
A: Not in the slightest, our Claims Handlers have the ability and experience to deal with your insurance provider and obtain everything we need to assess your claim.

Q: How long will it all take?
A: We always look to recover the maximum settlement amount for you so you should allow at least 3-6 months.

Q: What do Debt Refund charge?
A: We charge NO UPFRONT FEES or COSTS. Our charge is 20% of the total amount recovered because we don't believe in being paid unless we get your money back for you.

We also offer a Price Promise we will beat any competitor by 1% and we do not keep your interest*!

MORTGAGE REVIEW:

Q: What if I do not have my original mortgage offer?
A: Debt Refund will request a copy of your original mortgage offer from your Lender on your behalf. The cost of this will be included in your initial payment.

Q: Can I request a mortgage audit if my mortgage has already been redeemed?
A: Yes as long as it was redeemed in the last 12 years.

Q: What Is included in the Audit Fee?
A: Our Solicitor will manually audit your mortgage offer and redemption figures and will then produce a detailed report covering any areas of concern.

Q: Do you have a panel of experienced Solicitors if required?
A: Yes we have an experienced panel of Solicitors throughout the UK who are specialist consumer litigators

Q: How long will the process take?
A: Once we have received your mortgage paperwork an audit will be requested and received within one week to ten days
